Information collected
We collect email addresses when visitors voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. Membership and volunteer enquiries may include names, email addresses, interests and messages. Our hosting provider may also collect technical access logs.
How we use information
We use newsletter addresses to send club announcements, events and community updates. Membership and volunteer enquiries are used to respond to those requests and coordinate activities. We do not sell personal information.
Consent and withdrawal
Newsletter subscription requires affirmative consent. You may withdraw newsletter consent using our unsubscribe page. We remove unsubscribed addresses from active mailing exports.
Storage and access
Information is stored in the club website database on its hosting service. Authorized club administrators can access records. We take reasonable steps to limit access, but no internet system is risk-free.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for club administration, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the club. Newsletter unsubscribe records may be retained for compliance and suppression purposes.
Photos and events
Our public gallery may display club event photographs. Please contact us to raise a concern or request review or removal of a photograph. Obtain appropriate consent before uploading identifiable photographs, especially those of children.
